Where It Started
Our team came from inside the HVAC industry. We understood the pressure to be accurate, the challenge of keeping pricing current, and the reality of selling complex systems in real time. Too often, important information lived in spreadsheets, printed books, or disconnected tools - making consistency difficult and mistakes easy.
Those gaps didn’t just slow teams down; they created uncertainty in moments when confidence mattered most. We saw firsthand how better access to reliable data could remove friction, improve communication, and support smarter decisions across the entire process.
We saw an opportunity to do better.
The Pricebook Digital Story
From the beginning, our mission was clear: bring together accurate HVAC data and purpose-built technology to make pricing, selling, and communication more consistent across the industry.
We started by building a managed HVAC data foundation capable of handling the complexity behind equipment specifications, AHRI system matchups, accessories, pricing relationships, warranties, rebates, and evolving industry regulations.
This data-first approach became the backbone of everything we build.
Today, that foundation powers the Pricebook Digital platform - supporting distributors, manufacturers, and contractors across North America with tools that keep information aligned from the product catalog all the way to the homeowner proposal.
The Problem We Wanted to Solve
HVAC sales and pricing rely on constantly changing data - equipment specifications, system matchups, rebates, warranties, and regulatory updates. Without a centralized source of truth, teams were left to manage complexity on their own.
Our goal wasn’t to replace expertise. It was to support it - by making accurate information easier to access, maintain, and use across the entire organization.
